Our Story

Sweet Creations Inc. opened its doors in 1992, with father and son team Nick and Leo Giannantonio.  Long hours, dedication, passion and a unique product is what got the company off the ground.  Currently, Leo and his wife Kathy are running the family business.

 

We manufacture a puff pastry product called Palm Leaves.  Palm Leaves are made with quality ingredients such as butter and flour, and contains no ADA.  The Palm Leaves are also made dipped in chocolate for those that prefer even more sweetness.  We also make whole wheat cinnamon Palm Leaves.
